These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the ukok platform and all services included within it. By registering an account at ukok or using any service on this site, you are considered to have accepted all the terms described below. Each individual may operate only one account. If the same person opens multiple accounts, it will be considered a violation of the rules and all associated accounts may be suspended or closed.

All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and complete. Providing false or misleading information may obstruct account verification and may put the withdrawal process on hold. If you need to update your information, please contact the support team.

- Operating an account through a third party is not permitted.
- Transferring or selling an account is strictly prohibited.
3. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Terms
- The mobile banking number used for a deposit must be registered in the account holder's own name.
- Depositing using a third party's mobile banking account is not permitted and such transactions may be cancelled.
- Please enter the deposit amount correctly — correcting a transaction with an incorrect amount may take time.
- ukok is not responsible for any delays in a deposit process due to technical reasons.
3.2 Withdrawal Terms
- Account verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
- Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit.
- Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus funds.
- ukok reserves the right to limit multiple simultaneous withdrawal requests.
- In the case of suspicious or unusual transactions, ukok may request additional verification.
4. Bonus and Promotion Policy
ukok offers attractive bonus deals for its members. However, each bonus is available under specific terms and conditions.
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

- An account will receive the welcome bonus only once.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — meeting the wagering requirement is mandatory.
- If the bonus is not used on eligible games and betting categories, the wagering will not be counted.
- ukok reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- If ukok suspects misuse of a promotion, it may investigate the account and cancel the bonus.
5. VIP Program Terms
Active members of ukok's VIP Program receive weekly cashback benefits. The program is divided into four tiers:

- Account use by or on behalf of a minor.
- The need to comply with instructions from a court, authority, or regulatory body.
7.2 Account Closure by the User
If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact the support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before the account is closed, subject to the Terms and Conditions.
